Bumper Warehouse is a company which was established initially from home in 1992. The company specialised in the repair and reconditioning of plastic & fibreglass bumpers and the sale thereof. Due to expansion, working from home proved to become difficult and the company was relocated to Clairwood where it established a secure trade with the major panel beating shops in and around DURBAN. whilst at this premises at 168 Archary Road in Clairwood the need for the repairs to plastic bumpers started to diminish due to the cheap imports of replacement parts from across the globe and the panel shops starting to do in-house bumper repairs.

The company never stalled instead because of this the company went on to offer the services of panel beating & spray painting to the used car market. By this time the company had already spent five years at this address and was offering the services of plastic & fibreglass repairs, panel beating, spray painting, de-rusting, fitting of spoilers and auto enhancement products to some of the major dealerships in the used car industry and the public in general.

Seeing that the company was concentrating more on panel beating and customers having to leave their cars behind, the company started to outgrow the premises of 180 square meters and thus a relocation process was imminent. After ten years at 168 Archary Road, Clairwood the company moved to 191 Sirdar road, Clairwood where it is currently located. This move was done in November 2006. The company now boasts an equipped panel shop, a separate paint shop and fully secured parking yard space all totalling approximately 1000 square meters concentrating full force on all types of panel beating and spray painting, fleet maintenance and rust removal, also plastic and fibreglass repairs. The company has a staff compliment of 10 employees who have years of accumulative experience in their respective fields. We currently offer our services to AVIS VAN RENTAL, BARONS MASTERCARS, BARLOWORLD PREOWNED, KEMPSTER AUTO BLUFF and are registered government services providers eg; SOUTH AFRICAN POLICE SERVICES to name just a few. We offer free pick up and delivery service and on site quotation meaning we come to you thus leaving you with more time to run your own business. All our drivers are licensed and fully insured so are all the vehicles left in our care. We are a verified LEVEL 3 B-BBEE contributor and awaiting our RMI certification, the company is fully owned by HDI’s (Historically Disadvantaged Individuals).
